Thanks for reporting this issue. I have identified the cause, and it will be fixed in the next version of A1 Website Analyzer

Good Morning Thomas,
Dam good program, but I have found a little bug, use my domain to scan, On the weights side bring Anchor text down to zero, look at the website index count for the word “Website” it goes from 56 to 32, it should be 53.
